1. Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
pokerpimp.co.uk can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website. All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit, debit cards. djthreads.com will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed via paypals’ secure server. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made.

2. Delivery Times
pokerpimp.co.uk aims to provide delivery for all orders in the United Kingdom within 7 working days of the date of the order and within 14 working days in the case of overseas deliveries. Working days are Monday to Friday. However, there may be circumstances beyond pokerpimp.co.uk's control which cause delay and in such circumstances pokerpimp.co.uk will endeavor to deliver the goods within  21 days of the date the order was made. pokerpimp.co.uk uses the Royal Mail to deliver its goods in the United Kingdom and Consignia for Europe and overseas and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or Consignia.

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

pokerpimp.co.uk is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

The pokerpimp.co.uk Store is happy to exchange, offer store credit or refund mail/web ordered goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 7 days (21 on international orders) in a saleable condition with all swing tags attached.

The pokerpimp.co.uk Store cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. In the event of a fault the goods may be returned to the manufacturer. If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. If you have any problems with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you would expect then you should return them to us so that we can replace them. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
